Welcome to the Ladies Section of the Newark Golf Club website.  As Ladies Captain it gives me great pleasure to greet both our existing Lady Members and visitors to the website; I hope you find it helpful.

The Ladies Section  has over 100 members and we play a full and active part in the life of Newark Golf Club. Every Tuesday we organise our own Ladies competition; if you would like to join in please contact me for further details - you'll be very welcome.  The Ladies Section also has a full programme of league and friendly matches which are played throughout the summer; details can be found on the notice board in the Ladies locker room and in the Club diary.  To assist in organising these events I am helped by the Ladies Vice Captain, Olive Spouge, the Ladies President, Hazel Parsons and a very active and enthusiastic committee.

To our present Lady members; please note the new headings on this page.  The draw for the forthcoming competition will whenever possible be available online after 5.30pm on a Friday, but in any case by the following Monday lunchtime; we hope you will make use of this new facility.  How Did I Do will give you the results enabling you to check your new handicap;  to be confirmed of course by the Handicap Secretary.
